Login & Account Management

  1. Visit gamelords.com
  2. Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner
  3. Fill out the registration form:
    • Email address
    • Password (minimum 8 characters)
    • Confirm password
    • Accept terms of service
  4. Click “Create Account”
  5. Check your email for a verification link
  6. Click the verification link to activate your account
  1. Go to gamelords.com
  2. Click “Login” in the top right corner
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click “Sign In”

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Follow the link in the email
  5. Create a new password

Once logged in, you can manage your account:

  1. Click your username in the top right corner
  2. Select “Account Settings”
  3. Here you can:
    • Change your password
    • Update your email address
    • Modify personal information
    • Set up two-factor authentication (recommended)

For enhanced security, we recommend enabling 2FA:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Security
  2. Click “Enable Two-Factor Authentication”
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the verification code from your app
  5. Save your backup codes in a safe place

To manage your billing:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing
  2. Here you can:
    • View current subscriptions
    • Update payment methods
    • Download invoices
    • View usage statistics

📊 Platform Status: If you’re unable to access your account, first check status.gamelords.gg to see if there are any issues with:

  • Authentication systems
  • Website availability
  • Database connectivity
  • Payment system functionality

If there’s a platform-wide issue, individual troubleshooting won’t help until the system issue is resolved.

“Invalid email or password”

  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Ensure your password is correct (check caps lock)
  • Try the password reset option

“Account not verified”

  • Check your email (including spam folder) for the verification email
  • Request a new verification email from the login page

“Account suspended”

  • Contact support if you believe this is in error
  • Check for any outstanding billing issues

“Service temporarily unavailable”

  • Check status.gamelords.gg for system status
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Clear browser cache if the issue persists

If you’re having trouble logging in:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  3. Try incognito/private browsing mode
  4. Try a different browser

If you’re still having trouble accessing your account:
